The video is in reverse.
It is a hoax, The Law of Conservation of Energy (as detailed by the equation posted above) states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, and since the air creates a tiny amount of resistance, some of the potential energy is wasted as heat in its transfer to kinetic energy, the system cannot speed up with no outside force input to add energy, so the system will slow until it stops, exactly the reverse of the video.
